Spend three days and two nights exploring charming Cheshire on a guided walking tour tailored to your fitness levels and preferences. Price includes: - Pick up and drop off at local train station or airport. - Short walking tour upon arrival in the Lake District. - Evening meal and drink on days 1 and 2. - 2 nights accommodation in a boutique bed and breakfast or 4* hotel. - 2 x 8-hour walking tour with a private guide, tailored to you and your fitness. - Lunch, snacks and refreshments. - Exclusive Embark t-shirt. - Personalised video and pictures featuring drone footage to remember your adventure. All of our tours are tailor-made to ensure your adventure is incredible. If you would like to alter what is included (more or less walking for example) please do let us know when booking and we will put together a proposed itinerary for you. We can also arrange travel to the Cheshire for you via train, private transfer etc. at an additional cost. (Please let us know when booking if this is something you would like us to arrange for you.) Price per person is dependent on the group size: 1 x person = GBP £830pp 2 x people = GBP £530pp 3x people = GBP £430pp 4 x people = GBP £400pp 5 x people = GBP £370pp 6 x people = GBP £350pp Rates are based on 2 people sharing a room (where possible.) Individual rooms can be arranged with additional single supplements.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the Customer: Cancelling or amending a booking with Embark Travel Ltd may result in cancellation/amendment fees being applied by Embark Travel Ltd as outlined in the below cancellation policy. Any cancellation/amendment must be communicated via e-mail to emma@embarktravel.co.uk. We are unable to accept cancellations via Facebook Messenger or post comments. A booking is considered successfully cancelled or amended only after Embark Travel Ltd send successful notifications via email and cancellation/amendment fees are assessed. The customer will be charged on the following basis: • Deposits are non-refundable for all walks and tours. (In some cases we may be able to transfer the deposit to another tour/date – this can be discussed on a case by case basis.) • 50% of the total fee where cancellation takes places less than four weeks but more than two weeks before the commencement date of the tour. • 100% of the total fee where cancellation takes place less than 2 weeks before the commencement of the tour or in case of a no show. We may be able to move your booking to another date with adequate notice depending on availability. Please contact us at emma@embarktravel.co.uk if you have any questions. We strongly advise that you take out cancellation insurance for your trip in case you need to cancel due to medical reasons, weather or unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation by Embark Travel Ltd: (Reasons not related to extreme circumstances.) If Embark Travel Ltd need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances or events, we will notify you as soon as possible. This may be due to circumstances out of our control. If the tour is cancelled (not relating to weather/extreme circumstances) you will be offered: • The option to move the tour to another date. • The same tour on different dates or an alternative tour equal, at least, to monies paid. • Voucher to be used for another tour. • Full refund of monies paid.
